The Core Principles Explained
Physical
Recognizing our bodies as our foundation, NTN will guide you through a variety of ways to address (and maybe discover!) your own personal wellness plan. Every client will get basic information regarding Naturopathic Nutrition and how our food can be used to treat stress and improve adrenal health. This is your first step towards rejuvenation. With your willingness, we begin to focus on your body and embrace an active role in making certain it as healthy as it can possibly be; and with consistency we will slowly reach towards your health goals.

No one is closer to us than ourselves. We must first nourish ourselves in order to effectively help others.
Community is part of NTN’s foundation for the reasons:
There is no victim or villain of burnout.
The act of forgiving yourself and others will be lovingly weaved into your healing.
Everyone needs help from others.
“Superstar Nurse”- Thinking that we can do everything ourselves is unhealthy and unsafe. Every time we share with others we are fighting our own isolation and stigmas in the community. While you are enrolled in NTN we will be with you every step of the way and our relationship will be the foundation of your healing community.
Emotional
Notice this piece of NTN is in the center of the triangle, or its core if you will. Our emotions are the inner guide that we often ignore while nourishing others. Self-Love, forgiveness, consistency and working on your inner critic will be essential during this step in your sustainable self-care journey. We will also address how nutrition, community and spirituality all come into play with our emotional health. Coaching sessions with Casey-Lee will help guide and support you through this incredible journey of self-discovery.
Spiritual
For the purposes of NTN we will define a spiritual practice as: any healthy activity that brings you childlike joy/bliss. This is also the integration piece; pulling all that you have learned and developed into your daily life. Finding ways to sustain your self-care practice once you are done with this program. NTN will build on your nourishment practices and create a spiritual practice tailored to you. Remember the goal of sustainable self-care is that with the proper tools all the pieces of NTN can be implemented by you on your own!
