This is not your average coaching program nor does it produce average results. Casey-Lee is here to get you past blaming the medical system you work for and into your own definititon of holistic wellbeing. Encouraging radical responsibility of your health and wellness taking the power out of your employers hands and placing it back in yours.
We will work together to define and refine what a healthy you does on a daily basis. Getting past any resisitance by creating goals that are realistic yet challenging. Over the course of 90 days we will dive deep into the 6 core healing modalities necessary to create and sustain a vibrant life!

Program Details:
Burnout to Brilliance: Sustainable Self-Care for Care Professionals begins with understanding your true value, where your power really comes from, how to manifest what you want, creating powerful intentions that get you results as well as the outer pieces to powerfully start saying to no others so you can say yes to you! Here’s what the System gets you to do:
Self-Care Plan:
A full assessment and evaluation of your needs wants and goals regarding your health and lifestyle. This is the time for you to get real and get raw. Owning what you need, what you are doing and what you are not doing. Only from this process of digging through the mud can you grow and truly change.
Resilient Body:
We will be guiding you through a variety of ways to address (and maybe discover!) your own personal wellness and potential health. Utilizing yoga flow sequences created by Casey-Lee to restore your adrenal health and decrease stress, breathing techniques, anti-inflammatory protocols and lifestyle changes. You will be well on your way to towards rejuvenation.
Resilient Community
Addressing that Burnout robs us of our ability to connect with Self and others. That there have been some stories that you have been telling yourself. These are some of the mindset work we will do so you can get back out there and enjoy being social again.
• There is no victim or villain of burnout.
• The act of forgiving yourself and others will be lovingly weaved into your healing.
• “Superstar Nurse”: Thinking that we can do everything ourselves is unhealthy and unsafe.
• Every time we share with others, we are fighting our own isolation and stigmas in the community.
Resilient Emotions:
Our emotions are the inner guide that we often ignore while nourishing others. Acceptance and forgiveness of self will be critical during this step in your sustainable self-care journey.
I will now guide you on:

• simple nourishment practices.
• Show you how a “deep” breath can help sooth emotions
• provide breathing techniques to help support your journey to wholeness now and always
• STOP DROP AND NOURISH practices
Vibrant Spirit:
For the purposes of this program we will define a spiritual practice as: any healthy activity that brings you childlike joy/bliss. In order to tap into your bliss state, we will dig deep once again into what makes you happy, healthy and hole. Using focused though, breathing techniques and other hands on techniques to get you to live joyfully.
Vibrant Life:
Where we pull this all together, including all your printed tools and Nourishment Guide, we have created along the way. Pulling all that you have learned and developed into your daily life. Finding ways to sustain it once you are done this program. We will be discussing this throughout the program, but I will be taking a step back. Allowing you to get ready to leave the nest, so to speak. This last piece of your sustainable self-care practice is highly personalized.
